Everyone knows me as Sue or Susie and helping people care for their feet is my mission.

 

 My career began as a graduate Podiatrist in 2008, and I have always worked in private practice. My first position was at The Foot Care Clinic in Great Barr, Birmingham, and progressed to become Clinic manager.

 

I left in 2013 to take up a position closer to my home town and to set up my own domicillary practice; Sue Powis Chiropody. 

As a registered podiatrist I have to maintain standards laid down by the Health & Care Professionals Councils (HCPC). 

and The Society of Podiatrists and Chiropodists

Failure to comply would result in being struck off the register.

I maintain strict hygiene standards and always use sterilized equipment.
